Guests staying on the Suirei floors may use all the facilities of the main hotel, including hot springs, pools, and restaurants.

The two floors are designed with distinct themes: the 16th floor represents “Water” with river-facing views, while the 15th floor reflects “Forest” with mountain-facing scenery. All rooms feature Simmons pocket-coil mattresses, 4K TVs, air purifiers, Bluetooth speakers, coffee machines, and multi-device chargers. Amenities include full skincare sets and bathrobes, emphasizing a “stay-in-your-room” comfort concept often seen in modern luxury hotels.

The 16th floor offers three room types: the View-Bath Royal Suite, View-Bath Premier Suite, and View-Bath Deluxe Suite. The 100㎡ Royal Suite—the largest on the floor—accommodates up to four guests and features a separate living room and bedroom, along with window-side floor chairs overlooking the Toyohira River valley. The Premier Suite (approx. 60㎡) and Deluxe Suite (approx. 50㎡) also include view baths. Although the in-room tubs do not use hot spring water, each is positioned to capture the shifting seasonal landscapes of Jozankei.

Rooms on the 15th floor include the Superior Suite, Junior Suite, and Superior Twin. The Superior Suite is 60㎡, while the Junior Suite is 40㎡; both take advantage of the mountain views, pairing natural tones and seasonal colors with understated décor. The 30㎡ Superior Twin is designed for guests who prefer a stylish mountain-view room without the scale of a suite. All rooms are non-smoking, Wi-Fi is complimentary, and each bathroom includes a full set of skincare products and bath amenities.

Guests may choose from three dining styles: French Kaiseki, Japanese Kaiseki, and Buffet. French Kaiseki combines French techniques with Japanese elements and Hokkaido ingredients, all served course-style and designed to be enjoyed with chopsticks. Japanese Kaiseki features a double-main course of meat and fish, served in a refined semi-private dining space. Both menus highlight seasonal Hokkaido produce and change with each season. The buffet option, served in the main hotel’s venue, offers around 60 dinner items across Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, while breakfast includes a signature build-your-own seafood bowl.

Two exclusive facilities are available to Suirei guests: a private lounge and a dedicated reception desk. The lounge, located on the 16th floor of the main building, is inspired by the scenery around Futami Suspension Bridge. Open from 8:00 to 22:00, it offers soft drinks and alcoholic beverages—ideal for unwinding before check-in, after a bath, or while relaxing with the river view. The exclusive reception desk, located on the main lobby floor, allows guests to check in separately from general hotel guests. Standard check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is until 10:00.

Hot springs, saunas, pools, and wellness facilities are accessed via the main Jozankei View Hotel. The large communal baths include the spacious indoor “Yusui-kyo” and the panoramic “Seiten,” both drawing sodium-chloride spring water from Jozankei Onsen. The sauna facilities were fully renewed in 2024, offering six distinct sauna rooms under the concepts “FIVE SENSE SAUNA” and “NATURE COLOR SAUNA.” The hotel also houses the indoor water attraction zone “Mizu no Oukoku Lagoon,” making it convenient for families. Parking for Suirei guests is available in the underground lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Several convenience stores are located within walking distance for quick shopping.
