About Lake Onneto

The westernmost lake in Akan-Mashu National Park, whose name means old, large lake in the Ainu language. Its color changes with the weather, wind and viewpoint, earning it the nickname Goshikinuma (five-colored pond). It lies at the foot of Mt.
