About Kimomanuma Pond

A lagoon-origin pond in Sarufutsu Village. The 1991 survey recorded bogbean, water lilies and pond lilies, crucian carp, carp and Japanese dace, and tufted ducks in winter. The survey form notes that cattle manure was flowing into it. Recent aerial photos show farm buildings right beside the pond.
