Single rooms range from roughly 11 to 18 m² and feature one 140 cm-wide bed. Residential Singles, Double Singles, and Twins are around 20–23 m², typically equipped with one or two 120 cm-wide beds. The lineup makes it easy to choose a room that fits both the number of guests and the amount of luggage, whether you are traveling alone on business or as a pair for sightseeing.

All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and wired internet, providing a stable and secure connection for work or streaming. Standard in-room amenities include a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, desk, phone, individual air conditioning, electric kettle, and toilet with bidet function—covering the essentials expected of a modern business hotel.
