ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose is a full-service city and airport hotel located about 10–15 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport and a 7–8 minute walk from JR Chitose Station. It is considered one of the largest upscale hotels in the city and is frequently used not only for pre- and post-flight stays but also as a base for visiting Sapporo, Lake Shikotsu, or the many nearby golf courses. With 438 guest rooms, multiple restaurants, bars, and banquet venues, it is one of the most substantial hotel facilities in Hokkaido.

Rooms are divided between the main Tower Building and the newer Wing Building, which opened in 2017.
