Kita 1-jo Underground Walkway
Kita 1-jo Underground Walkway is a public underground passage that connects to the Kita 1-jo Underground Parking Facility. It opened in 2001. The adjacent underground spaces connect to the east side “Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho).”
