Shiroi Koibito Park 白い恋人パーク
A chocolate and confectionery theme park operated by Ishiya, the maker of "Shiroi Koibito," one of Hokkaido's most iconic sweets. Set amid beautiful European-inspired buildings and gardens that evoke a fairy-tale atmosphere, the park welcomes approximately 750,000 visitors each year. One of its most popular features is a factory tour where visitors can observe the "Shiroi Koibito" production line through glass, watching the entire confectionery-making process up close.
Inside, a range of exhibits brings the world of chocolate to life, including displays on the history of chocolate, an antique collection, and a "Time Travel Room" featuring projection mapping that narrates the four great revolutions in chocolate history. Hands-on workshops for making chocolate and cookies are also held regularly, giving visitors of all ages the joy of creating their own sweets. The grounds also feature a rose garden in full bloom and an area with a miniature railway.
The park's cafes and shops offer freshly baked treats and park-exclusive products. From the production floor to hands-on experiences to souvenir shopping, it is a place where visitors can fully immerse themselves in the world of "Shiroi Koibito" — the quintessential Hokkaido souvenir.
