A large Ferris wheel installed on the rooftop of Norbesa, a commercial complex near Susukino, with a diameter of 45.5 meters and a maximum height of approximately 78 meters above the ground. The name "nORIA" comes from the Spanish word for Ferris wheel. Its 32 gondolas complete one full rotation in approximately 10 minutes, and all gondolas are barrier-free, accommodating wheelchair users, with heated seats inside for comfort during colder months.

From the gondolas, visitors enjoy sweeping views of central Sapporo, including Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, and JR Tower. At night, the glittering neon of the Susukino entertainment district spreads below in a breathtaking panorama. The Ferris wheel itself, adorned with multicolored LED lighting, shines as a symbol of the nighttime city — part of the cityscape that has earned Sapporo recognition as one of Japan's New Top Three Night Views.

Because the wheel is set atop an indoor commercial building, it remains easily accessible even on rainy days, making it a casual attraction that can be paired with shopping and dining. It is a beloved nighttime destination in the Susukino area, enjoyed by visitors of all generations.
